Meeting in the frame  of the project Care for you project -improving soft skills of seniors’ caregivers, Piran, Slovenia, September 14, 2023

A meeting of project partners from Slovenia, Italy, Poland and Portugal took place in Piran, Slovenia. As part of the project, a series of materials are being created for caregivers of seniors and providers of training for caregivers. The materials focus on caregivers at home but also apply to those providing institutional care.

In 2022, a publication on the current situation of caregivers of seniors with a collection of good practices in 27 EU countries was created (result 1), and in 2023 e-courses for caregivers of seniors (result 2) and an interactive e-platform (result 3) are being prepared.

The main topic of this meeting was the preparation of the last result of the project, namely the Interactive e-Platform, which will contain information about employment opportunities for caregivers of seniors in 27 EU countries.

During the meeting, the partners also discussed the administrative and financial aspects of project management, dissemination, and sustainable use of the project results.

The Care for you project is a 20-month project. The project ends on November 30, 2023.
